Artist Statement: Is she a warrior from the deep past or from the far future? I am endlessly fascinated with the beliefs some have about a coming apocalypse and the rebuilding of the population and world after such a disaster. Some believe that we will all need to become warriors and hoard, plunder, and fight for land and resources in a post-apocalyptic world.
